Welcome to WindowNap. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WindowNap WhatsApp service (“Service”). By using WindowNap, you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
About WindowNap WindowNap is a WhatsApp-based informational tool designed to provide suggested baby wake windows and nap timing guidance based on information provided by the user. WindowNap provides general educational guidance only and does not provide medical advice.
Eligibility By using WindowNap, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old You are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you provide You have the authority to agree to these Terms
No Medical Advice The information provided by WindowNap is intended for general informational purposes only. WindowNap: Is not medical advice Does not replace professional medical guidance Should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child’s health, sleep, or development. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Accuracy of Information WindowNap relies on the information you provide, such as: Wake-up time Nap length Wake window length Nap adjustments We cannot guarantee the accuracy or suitability of suggested schedules. Every child is different, and sleep patterns may vary. WindowNap is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
Subscriptions and Payments WindowNap offers a paid subscription after one week of free use. By subscribing to WindowNap, you agree that: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, Stripe Subscription fees are recurring and will automatically renew until cancelled You authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee If a subscription payment fails, access to the WindowNap service may be suspended or discontinued until payment is successfully completed. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue using the paid service. We reserve the right to update subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes By subscribing to WindowNap, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid subscription charge: Your access to the WindowNap service may be immediately suspended or terminated Any outstanding balance may still be owed to WindowNap We reserve the right to contest the chargeback with supporting evidence, including proof of subscription and service access Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access to the service.
WhatsApp Platform Disclaimer WindowNap operates through WhatsApp but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for: WhatsApp outages Message delivery delays Platform restrictions
Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the system Resell or commercially distribute the Service Send abusive or harmful content through the system We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.
Account Access and Sharing Access to WindowNap is intended for the individual subscriber only. You agree not to: Share access to the Service with others who are not subscribed Resell, distribute, or provide access to WindowNap to third parties Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission Each subscription is intended for use through a single WhatsApp account associated with the subscriber. If we detect misuse, account sharing, or attempts to bypass the subscription system, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without refund.
Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR) WindowNap processes limited personal data in order to operate the Service. This may include: Your phone number Your email address Sleep schedule inputs such as wake-up time, nap length, wake window length, and nap adjustments Messaging interaction data This data is used solely to: Provide the WindowNap service Personalize sleep guidance Manage subscriptions and customer support Improve the service Your data may be processed using third-party service providers, including: WhatsApp ManyChat Stripe Automation tools (such as Make.com) These providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Service Availability WindowNap is provided as a digital automated service and we aim to keep the Service available at all times. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to: Maintenance or updates Technical issues Third-party platform outages (including WhatsApp, ManyChat, Stripe, or automation services) Internet or infrastructure disruptions WindowNap shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or disruption caused by temporary unavailability of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time in order to maintain, improve, or update the platform.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WindowNap and its operators shall not be liable for: Sleep disruptions Parenting decisions made based on the Service Health-related outcomes Any indirect or consequential losses The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Termination We may suspend or terminate access if: These Terms are violated Required by law The Service is discontinued You may stop using WindowNap at any time.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WindowNap after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
